We do our best to have quality products; if you receive a defective product, please notify our Customer Service Department immediately. We will replace the product or refund your money. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date. Please note that all returns, unless damaged/defective, must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery, before signing. Any authorized returns received after 30 days of the invoice date will incur a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are not issued for worn or misused products. To ensure proper credit, please call our Customer Service Department for a return authorization number. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. |
